The Society is governed by a board of trustees comprised of distinguished members of the school and greater Princeton area community. The Trustees are responsible for setting vision, strategic planning, and stewarding the school’s financial and capital resources.

Princeton Montessori School and the Princeton Center for Teacher Education are the primary operating entities of the Princeton Montessori Society, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit educational institution founded in 1968.
